Grade Book Access

​Dear Parents,


We welcome you and your child to Mannford School.  We value our partnership with you and work to ensure that you have all of the tools necessary to support your child.  One of those tools is our grade book program; this program allows you and your child easy access to information about assignments, grades, attendance, and more.  This year, the company that supplies our grade book system has enacted some changes that require parents and students to request login information before allowing access to the grade book. Please follow the instructions below to be granted access:

Parents should send an email request for grade book access to mannfordgrades@mannford.k12.ok.us.  Please send this request using the email address that you have on file with the school so that we can be sure we only send this information to verified parents/guardians.  It may take twenty-four hours before you receive a return email with the login information to the parent portal.

Students must also request login information to gain access to the student grade book portal.  All students--grades four and up--have been issued a school email address.  Students should send a request to mannfordgrades@mannford.k12.ok.us from their school email address; in return, they will receive login information.
