How to Enroll in Mannford School
First Time Families to MPS, Never Attended MPS Before, Never had a Child at Mannford Public Schools:
You will need go to https://ok.wengage.com/Mannford/ and click on the Request an Account You will then be prompted to fill out the information needed to get your account setup. You will need an active email and mobile phone to verify your account. After setup is complete, you will receive an email from [email protected] to the email you provided with a username and a one time activation code that will then allow you to complete the process.,
Families with students currently at MPS but also with a new student to enroll:
Families who already have a student enrolled at Mannford Public Schools, in another grade and need to enroll a PK-K student, but have forgotten their login information for https://ok.wengage.com/Mannford/ will need to go to the link and click on the Forgot Password link and follow the directions to reset your password. If you have forgotten your username, please email [email protected] with your name on the account, and we will send you your username so you can complete the process.
Families with students at MPS who are moving to a new site or just needing to update demographic information: You do not have to re-enroll for the 24-25 school year. Your student has automatically been rolled up in our system. We do ask that you go to https://ok.wengage.com/Mannford/and update your phone numbers, email, and emergency contacts every year.

For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following: (1) current, up-to-date immunization records; or (2) a completed and signed exemption form. To schedule an appointment for your child’s back-to-school immunizations, please call the Creek County Health Department at 918-224-5531 or 918-367-3341. If your child has received immunizations somewhere other than the County Health Department, please provide a copy of their immunization record prior to the day of the appointment. This will assist in reducing your wait time.

Birth certificates can be ordered online or by calling 877-817-7364. Requests from a parent named on the record are typically issued in two business days and arrive in the mail typically within a week.
If a parent or guardian needs to get a child’s shot records those can be found online through the Oklahoma Immunization Information System (OSIIS) portal.- To obtain shot records through the portal you must have the child’s name, date of birth, and the contact phone or email on the child’s shot records.
- If the records are not in OSIIS, you can contact the OSIIS Help Desk by emailing [email protected] or you can reach out to the provider who administered the shots and ask them to update OSIIS.
